Profiling
We can undertake plate and sheet profiling with the aid of our CNC profile machines. Maximum sheet size 6m x 2m, CNC high definition Plasma up to 20mm thick or Oxy-Fuel gas to 120mm thick. Using our flexible facilities we can supply our customers with a kit of parts finished to the required standard and delivered directly to their site ready for use.
The combination of Plasma and Oxy-Fuel gas profilers gives us superb flexibility and enables us to plan workflow with a great degree of accuracy. We prove time and time again our capability to deliver customer jobs within a tight time scale.
Our 'one stop shop' approach to fabrication work means we are able to supply our customers with a trouble free solution, we can work with DXF files or design a tailored fabrication starting with just an outline sketch of the requirement.
